User and access management for internal and external users
Overview
I have worked with the User Access team at Planet Labs, where I helped provide the best authentication and authorization (AuthN/AuthZ) services for our users. Working remotely with a team spread across various time zones, we utilized GCP, Golang, and Python to achieve our goals.
The Challenge
As our user base grew, we faced challenges in scaling up our infrastructure to meet the demands of thousands of users accessing our data simultaneously.
The Solution
However, through effective collaboration and utilizing cloud-native architecture, we were able to address these challenges successfully.
The Result
Overall, my experience at Planet Labs has been rewarding. It has allowed me to work on cutting-edge technology that provides daily earth data to enable companies to make better decisions.
